The agreement, in the order it matters.

Using QuxCloud means agreeing to this. It is written to be read: what you get, what it costs, who owns what, and how it ends.

Your code is yours. The kits are licensed.

Everything you write, and everything the Builder writes into your project, belongs to you. You can download it or check it out to your own machine at any time, on any plan, including after you stop paying. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to it beyond running the service for you.

The @quxkit packages are a different matter. They are licensed to you for as long as your workspace is active, and they are not included in an export. No package tarballs, no lockfile pinning them. Off QuxCloud you would implement those seams yourself or take an enterprise licence, which includes a registry token. This is the one boundary the product enforces mechanically rather than by promise.

Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans are charged when you upgrade and monthly thereafter, to the payment method on file. The amount is shown before you confirm.
• Plans carry a monthly credit allowance. Credits price the complexity of a request, not the tokens it consumed, and the operation catalogue on the pricing page says what each kind of work costs. Unused credits roll over up to your plan’s cap; the rest expire.
• Moving down a plan leaves the unused part of what you paid as account credit against your next invoice. You may ask for it back in cash instead; we review those requests before any money moves.
• Prices can change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal you are already on.

What we ask of you

Do not use QuxCloud to break the law, to host or generate material that harms people, to attack anyone’s systems including ours, or to mine cryptocurrency in a preview container. Do not resell access to the kits. Keep your API keys to yourself. Anything done with your key is done as you, which is why they are revocable at any moment under API keys.

What we owe you, and what we do not

We will run the service with reasonable care and tell you honestly when something is broken. We do not promise it is never unavailable, and the Builder is a machine writing code: review what it produces before you ship it. Preview containers are ephemeral by design and are not a place to keep anything.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law does not let us exclude. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost data where you had the means to export it, which you always do.

Ending it

You can close a workspace whenever you like. Export first: closing deletes its projects, files and history, and backups roll off within thirty days. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for the conduct above, and where we do we will say why and give you a chance to export unless the law prevents us.
